CelLuminate™ Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

This prize draw is open to all scientific researchers aged 16 or over, excluding employees of Biocompatibles UK Ltd, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
 
The prize draw will be held at 4pm on Monday 14th September and the closing date will be at 3:50pm on this day. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the draw.
 
Only one entry per person is allowed. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. Biocompatibles UK reserves the right to verify eligibility of entrants.
 
The first ten winners of the Prize Draw will each receive a vial of CelLuminate™ VPS containing 100mg of diblock copolymer, worth £200. Each vial comes with full instructions on how to prepare vesicles in order to encapsulate your bioactive molecules.
No cash alternative will be offered.
 
The winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entries received during the course of the competition. Biocompatibles UK's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
The winners will be informed within 30 days of the closing date by email. If any of the winners cannot be contacted within this time, then a new winner(s) may be drawn at Biocompatibles UK’s discretion.
 
No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.
 
Biocompatibles UK reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage.
 
By entering the free prize draw the winners confirm their agreement to inform Biocompatibles UK of the research applications for which they intend to use the CelLuminate™ and to take part in any associated publicity.
